The Gadsden will be located at 76 Gadsden St Charleston SC, in Ansonborough neighborhood and will be developers East West Partners out of Colorado’s newest four story luxury condominium project after the success of The Tides IV in Mount Pleasant SC. If The Tides IV is any indication of the quality of what’s to come these newly constructed luxury condominiums will feature marble, granite, hardwood floors, high ceilings, chef’s kitchens, Along with park and harbor views, a private rooftop club will have a pool and outdoor kitchen. Construction is expected to take 20 months, with completion set for fall 2018 according to the latest talks with the developer.
