Kiawah Island Golf Course Real Estate For Sale. There are 7 golf courses on Kiawah and ALL of them are absolutely 
flawlessly stunning courses with varying degrees of difficulty. If you love golf then this place is a golfers dream! The 5 major courses (don’t require memberships) are Osprey Point (designed by Tom Fazio) which just went through a design overhaul replacing the grass, and making some other slight improvements from an otherwise already stellar course. The others Cougar Point (designed by Gary Player in 1996 with par 72), Turtle Point (designed by Jack Nickolas) which has three holes on or viewing the beach, Oak Point , AND of course the Famous Ocean Course. The Ocean course if you don’t know was added in 1991 and ever since has been considered by those in golf circles to be one of the premier courses in the entire world. Designed my Pete Dye and host to multiple PGA events since it’s opening, most notably the 2012 PGA Championship won by one Rory McIlroy.
