Yacht Harbor Villas are a condo development in the back of Wild Dunes Resort on Isle of Palms SC. The condo project is comprised of about 15 units all situated on the Isle of Palms marina. These condos are ideal if you have a boat at the marina because they are walking distance from the marina and Morgan Creek grill restaurant. As the name says, Morgan creek is the waterway that the marina is on and the condo. Many of the condos at Yacht Harbor are owned in fractional capacity, but that is a common practice in Wild Dunes resort. These condos are pretty unique to Wild Dunes and Isle of Palms as they are the only ones that are on the creek. All the other condos in Wild Dunes are either beachfront condos, or golf course views. There are quarterly regime fees of approximately $2600, but the good news is this expense covers: ALL exterior upkeep & maintenance, all insurances (except interior coverage), all amenities, and landscaping. Lastly there is a $190/quarter Morgan Creek fee which takes care of the upkeep of the bulk head walls on Morgan Creek.
