Lynwood Villas on James Island in Charleston SC were constructed between 1985 - 1986 off Camp Rd centrally located on the island close to most anything you could need in the Lynwood neighborhood. The sq ft of the units are more or less similar with one floor plan being 1186 sq ft and the other being 1222 both with 2 bedrooms and 1 full and 1/2 bathrooms. The cutest feature about Lywood Villas is they all have second story balconies which was not common place when they were built. 

Another interesting feature about Lynwood Villas townhomes in Charleston SC is there is NO HOA, like Willow Place townhomes in West Ashley, so owners would be responsible for their own exterior maintenance and insurances. The difference being is Willow Place are duplexes, and Lynwood Villas are quadplexes (4 units attached in one building). James Island has quite a few townhouse neighborhoods but finding them without an HOA fee is rare.
