The Retreat at Beresford in Wando, SC of Charleston SC is Located just off Clements Ferry Rd is comprised of spec built and some contract build houses by two local builders Eastwood Homes & Meridian. All the homes have exterior cement plank siding, some homes are marsh front with some water views, and the homes in the back of the community on creeks are built on raised foundations. This neighborhood is appealing for those who like Daniel Island, but don’t like Daniel Island real estate price tags.
